LISA LINDSEY, PHR, SHRM-CP

Lisa Lindsey is an executive coach and human resources consultant with experience enhancing the performance of individuals, teams and organizations.  She specializes in leadership and employee development, organizational change and development and culture building.   Throughout her career, she has developed a unique ability to understand the circumstances underlying a situation.  Coupled with a practical approach to leadership and an innate understanding of human behavior in the workplace, she works to help individuals gain clarity around situations, build their capabilities and make meaningful changes while managing demanding careers.

Experience

Lisa has more than 20 years of corporate human resources, legal operations and start-up experience, including executive roles in cyber security and building services industries.  As the Chief People Officer of SkOUT Cyber Security, Lisa was a member of the Executive Leadership Team.  During her tenure, she collaborated with senior leadership to develop the company’s culture.  She cultivated the employer brand, developed and executed all people management strategies, including the performance, learning and development programs.  She served as an internal coach to the Executive Leadership team through significant growth and high stress situations.

Prior to SkOUT, Lisa worked in various leadership roles where she improved workplace culture, coached and mentored staff, and implemented innovative and cost-saving human resources strategies and programs. Read more.

Deanna Ferguson

Deanna Ferguson is a Junior Human Resources Consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia. She entered the HR field with a strong desire to help organizations create healthier, more supportive workplaces. That desire, shaped by her own professional experiences, motivated her to pursue a career in human resources where she can contribute to building environments where people feel valued, respected, and empowered. 

At Peale Piper, Deanna supports client projects through research, documentation, and operational assistance. She is building her experience in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, she is committed to growing her impact and developing her voice in the HR consulting space. 

Deanna earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Performance from Valdosta State University. There she developed an early interest in workplace dynamics and employee development. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management at Regent University, further deepening her knowledge of business strategy, people operations, and leadership in today’s evolving workplace. 

Prior to joining Peale Piper, Deanna gained experience in recruiting, administrative coordination, and employee support roles. These opportunities gave her a solid foundation in HR fundamentals and a clear perspective on the value of empathy, structure, and proactive communication in people management. 

As a proud Atlanta native, Deanna values authenticity, collaboration, and continuous learning. She is excited to be part of the Peale Piper team and looks forward to helping clients build workplaces where employees feel seen, supported, and set up for success.
