Inevitably, whenever I introduce myself to someone and they learn that I am an HR consultant, they either want to share one of their HR horror stories or they seek my help with a challenge they are experiencing.

What they usually don’t know when they start asking is that I love a challenge, the trickier the better. It’s one of the reasons I started consulting.
